HealthCare of Florida provides our employees high quality and responsive health care through
integration and management of health care resources. This means that you do not have to select a
primary care doctor and you do not have to obtain referrals for specialists. The plan functions
much like a PPO type plan, but is actually more user friendly since you pay only listed co-pay
amounts rather than computed percentages.
One of the most popular features of our plan is the free
preventive care it offers. Some of the service this plan offers is Approved Outpatient Services,
Urgent Care and Prescription Drugs.
Additionally, Revolution Technologies has implemented a Section 125 Premium Savings Plan. This
allows for the employee to deduct premiums for your health plan as well as any other benefit plan
before taxes, thus saving you the percent of those premiums equal to the percent of your tax rate.
There is no cost to participating in the 125 plan!
Revolution Technologies offers a dental plan that combines freedom and flexibility of a traditional
dental insurance plan with the cost savings of a PPO. The plan calls for preventive, basic, and
major services for the employee, spouse, and family. Life Insurance is available to those
professionals in 4 benefits options, to include coverage for your spouse and children. The greatest
feature about this benefit is its portability. This allows the employee to continue low cost
protection if they no longer work for Revolution Technologies. You take it with you when you leave!
Revolution Technologies also makes available, Short Term Disability, Voluntary Indemnity Plan,
Personal Recovery, Personal Accident Expense Plan, Personal Cancer Protector Plan, and Personal
Hospital Intensive Care Insurance.
